Carl Chandler is an insurance broker at Valentine Insurance Agency and his varied leadership skills have made him a very successful insurance company representative with a five star ratings track record. Carl has over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, working with top firms such as AAA and Met Life and has been a top producer at Valentine Insurance Agency for the last 8 years. Carl received his business degree from Summit College and has had over 30 years of experience in Customer Service. Being a Manteca resident for over a decade, it's important to Carl to give back to the community through volunteer opportunities. He is known as Coach Carl by many families in his neighborhood through his experience of 6 years volunteering for Manteca Parks & Rec teams and his 2 years coaching basketball at Woodward Elementary. He is also a dedicated Golden State Warriors fan. In his free time, Carl enjoys golfing, grilling, and fishing with his kids, but the quality time he spends with friends and family is what he relishes the most.  

Mayra Espinoza has worked in the insurance industry for over 12 years. She started with Valentine Insurance Agency as a high school student intern and became a Customer Service Representative shortly after graduating Manteca High School. Then dedicated herself and accomplished her goal of becoming a licensed insurance agent. Mayra has lived in Manteca, CA her entire life and loves the community she serves. On her free time she enjoys being with her family. Mayra is a wife and a mother of two beautiful children. Throughout Mayra’s years at Valentine Insurance Agency she has focused on being a trusted insurance advisor, and has helped many clients protect themselves and their families.

Cassandra Vasquez is Valentine Insurance Agency's dedicated marketing specialist. She has had over three years of professional marketing experience and is currently pursuing her architecture degree at the University of Southern California. Cassandra moved to Manteca from the Bay Area, and became involved in her new community by volunteering at substance abuse centers in Stockton, supervising family track meets at Manteca High School, and planning a brand new children's crisis center for Ray of Hope in Manteca. On her free time, Cassandra enjoys hiking, practicing film photography, cooking new recipes, and taking on DIY home improvement projects.

Cescily is Valentine Insurance Agency's latest addition, serving as one of our Customer Service Representatives. She was born and raised in Manteca and graduated right across the street from our office at Manteca High School. With over 5 years of experience in the customer service industry, we can trust that Cescily will provide quality service to our policy holders. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring nature, whether it's going on a short hike or heading out to a campground for the weekend. In her down time, you can catch Cescily binging Gilmore Girls or trying out a new food spot nearby.
